Because every item in this store is made by me personally, your order isn't sitting in a warehouse waiting to be picked and packed. It's made by hand, checked carefully, and shipped when it's ready.
Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for me to complete, quality check, and carefully pack your order. During busy periods this may take a little longer. I'm one person making everything myself, and I won't rush something just to ship it faster. Every piece leaves my hands only when I'm happy with it.
Estimated Delivery Time: Standard International Shipping: 8–20 business days once dispatched.
Please note: Delivery times exclude any customs or clearance delays, which are outside my control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch — this is normal and just means your parcel is making its way through the system.
If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry. It's on its way. Feel free to reach out and I'll look into it for you personally.
